How We Do It
With the help of our extremely strong and dedicated team that works with an infrastructure of more than 300 in house machines. We also offer complete facilities from cut to pack with a production capacity of approx. 30,000 pieces per month. Compliant by BSCI, our factory holds the ability to cater to our customers with the best of our abilities.
Our USP
With a good understanding of the fashion trends and fore castings, we create our own collection twice a year in autumn/winter and spring/summer wherein we develop fabrics, prints, laces and English embroideries with inhouse set up for computer embroideries and table printing. We also believe in keeping our clients closely involved in every stage of production to ensure maximum transparency, enable a creative output and meet timely deliveries.
Our Process
Design Development
Fabric Sourcing
We understand the importance of fabric as the core of every garment which pushes us to source them
from some of the best suppliers in India. Thereafter, the dyeing process is undertaken
by reputed mills offering azo free dyeing and reach compliant.
Embroidery & Prints
Each garment is crafted using inspiring prints and elevated with handcrafted embroideries using numerous techniques like hand blocking, thread and more.
Tailoring & Sampling
Once the design and fabric is approved by the clients, the garment is sent for cutting & stitching for sampling.
Finishing
The processed garment is then sent for finishings wherein it is cleaned, washed,
checked for measurements and finally packed.
Quality & Commitment
We do all required quality audits and checks at various stages so that the final product is up to the
customer’s requirement. There are times when this process can become extremely challenging with tight deadlines, however, our constant involvement with the clients has helped us serve them better and more promptly.
